Alan leads Scouting across Dunfermline District, supporting local groups and volunteers so young people can enjoy safe, high-quality programmes. As District Lead Volunteer — and as an ex officio trustee — he helps set direction for the district, champions safeguarding and inclusion, and works with section leads and group teams from Squirrels through to Network.
